Reservation was canceled just hours prior to arrival.
I was in communication with the host a couple days before my arrival and they did not mention they could accommodate my stay. My reservation was canceled a few hours before my arrival requiring me to gind other accommodations. I was given a refund but was greatly inconvenienced. There was no explanation and no apology. I would not recommend this host.

Perfect, highly recommended!
Great location in a nice neighborhood, with easy access to major roads. The house is small but roomy, very clean, "user friendly," and has everything a vacationer needs. Well decorated and very comfy! Cameron was prompt and helpful when I had a question.

Great Stay in Las Cruces
Very nice property (photos all accurate) in a quiet, residential area. All the neighbors we did see were very friendly. Liked the attached garage. Nice patio table and two chairs out back. Directly to side of house is a small pathway circling behind the houses- pretty vegetation and many birds- nice 3 minute garden walk. Beds extremely comfortable, as is living room furniture. Washer and dryer a big plus. WiFi/internet worked very well. Basic kitchen utensils, so you are all set to cook if you want. (Kitchen could maybe use a colander for draining spaghetti). Nice stove with “fast boiling” option. Host very responsive & you get the code the day before check- in. Home has good access to highway. About 8 minute drive to New Mexico State University; 45 minutes to White Sands National Park. Close to grocery stores, Target etc. Circle K gas station just down the road. Very easy city to get around and beautiful mountains and night time sky! Definitely would recommend.

Great Las Cruces Stay!
Beautiful and well appointed home and the perfect location! Close to the 70 and the 25 to get to downtown, out to White Sands and t/f El Paso airport. Great for my college girlfriend and I to sit on the back patio and have wine or sit in the cozy living room with our morning coffee. Would stay there again if I wasn’t moving to Las Cruces!

Excellent Casa
We arrived to spotless home. The home is perfect for two couples or a family. The beds were top of the line and cozy and comfortable. The host checked in on us after the first night. This place is easily accessible to anywhere in the city that you want to go. We enjoyed sitting outside in the afternoons and the entire experience was flawless.

As listed-3 night stay
The home is easy to access. It was generally clean — our only complaint is that one shower mat had a funky smell. It needed disinfecting, so we placed it outdoors. It was nice having a washer & dryer, a garage and some useful foodstuffs in the pantry. Once we got ahold of Cameron he was attentive and helpful. However, we didn’t hear from him until the day before our arrival. Apparently he didn’t get my messages thru VRBO. I had to contact the support line and soon thereafter I got a reply from him. That was disconcerting since we had paid in advance and were en route. He was apologetic. The Las Cruces area is fascinating. Old Messilla town square is 10 minutes away with plenty of excellent restaurants and fun shopping. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return trip. I still believe 4+stars is fair because the home was as advertised, the cleanliness was good. I give Cameron the benefit of the doubt on communication. And it’s got all the modern amenities you hope for. Don’t hesitate to rent it.

Great home, clean and well stocked up with the little things that matter like coffee filters, laundry detergent, paper towels etc etc. Great location, enjoyed our stay!
