Worst Experience ever

Was in Limassol 60km from airport Had a flight in 5 hours so I decided to stay somewhere near airport larnaca I called hotel and asked that I made. A reservation how far it's to the airport Receptionist told me very close max 8 km 10 min max When I arrived I discovered that the hotel was 30 km after Lanaca and 28 km to the airport Receptionist told me I cannot check in because IT don't see my reservation I went out slept in my car after three hours drove to the airport Still waiting from Expedia for my refund and the complimentary for the damage and the 55 more km That I made

Dirty Stinking Dump

Don't go here. When I got to this property a little fter 2pm, I was told my room would not be ready until 4pm because "people were still in it". Check-in is stated as 2pm. When I first arrived, no one was at reception and when the lady did come, she was unfriendly. I didn't know what to do for 2 hours waiting for my room, so I asked what I was supposed to do with my bags. She said I could go to the beach and I could use a bathroom to change. I did go change. On my way, I saw filthy steps with used napkins and infinite dirt. The whole place smelled like stagnant water. The bathroom was in a basement and to my surprise, I passed a room with the door open and saw there were actually guests staying in that awful, dank place! So I decided I'd rather just be by the pool and near to the hotel whenever the room became available (the room I had booked and paid for in full, well in advance). I got to the pool and it was disgusting.Floating plasting trash, dead bugs. Hadn't been skimmed probably all summer. The sun beds were either folded up, had umbrellas laid over them or were filthy. There were cats laying and roaming all over. I love cats, but these must have been laying on the sun beds because they weren't clean. A man came over and quickly sprayed down a bed for me, but it was so covered in dirt, that did nothing. I sat there a few mins, totall disgusted by the whole event, that I left. Hotels.com was very helpful and refunded the stay.

Viel besser als erwartet

Bei dem Preis waren wir angenehm überrascht. Das Hotel hat uns in die Dependance Mariandy Hotel gleich um die Ecke geleitet. Zimmer mit Meerblick, sogar vom ersten Stock (wir haben zum Schluss der Reise noch einmal zwei Tage gebucht, diesmal im 3. Stock - hervorragender Blick). Sauberer, großer Pool, moderne geschmacksvolle Zimmer, Balkon. Angenehmer Service. Frühstück "kontinental" - entsprach unseren Erwartungen - also nichts Besonderes, aber ausreichend. Ein Tipp: Die Suche erwies sich als nicht ganz einfach. In den Navi die Adresse "Pyla", als Straße "Vergi" und "Irgendwo" angeben und nach dem Ziel ca. 200 m weiter fahren.

Cancelled stay-no lift

Reception facilities not well organized. Crowded. Receptionist was understanding when he saw that we need a lift and sent us another hotel that did not accommodate us and we stayed at Flamingo hotel in Larnaca a superb hotel.

Bien qu'ayant réservé et paye, lorsque nous sommes arrivés, on nous a dit que l'hôtel était complet et on nous a dirigé sur un autre hôtel ! Je ne peux donc noter cet hôtel concerné, mais l'hôtel de remplacement situé à proximité

Are you already paid? We a overbooked. Go away.

They don't have a free rooms, but they are sell it. Overbooking without any options. Terrible.

switched hotels

A bit disappointing. The Vergi City Hotel appeared to be remodeling, or something. So the hotel management brought me to an alternate 'sister hotel'. Thought the alternate hotel was suitable overall, the room which they gave me was inferior [below grade / no window / evidence of mold in room]. Oh well - chalk this up to Experience ...
