     Larnaca Apartment 1388, situated in one of the most sought-after locations of Larnaca, is a 2-bedroom beachfront apartment offering direct access to the beach, amazing sea views, great comfort, luxury, and relaxation.

     Completely renovated and refurbished in 2020, Larnaca Apartment 1388 features a modern fully equipped kitchen, a spacious open-plan dining room and living room area that opens up to the beachfront balcony. The apartment is furnished with modern and comfortable furniture, providing the perfect space to enjoy the view while having a relaxing or romantic drink.

     The master bedroom boasts a large comfortable double bed, and the second bedroom offers two full single beds. Both bedrooms are serviced by a modern bathroom with a shower enclosure. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, fully equipped, and offers free Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV with English, Russian, and European channels.

     Larnaca Apartment 1388 is primarily located on Kastella Beach, a cozy beach equipped with Hawaiian-style beach umbrellas, full convenience facilities, and a full bar service. The quaint fishing marina is located right on the next beach. The area is situated on the recently upgraded Piyale Pasha Avenue, just a 10-minute walk to Mackenzie Beach, which is probably the best beach in Larnaca. Mackenzie Beach offers a plethora of bars, restaurants, and cafes where you can enjoy gourmet international cuisine or more traditional fish meze, amazing cocktails, and great nightlife. The more central Finikoudes beach and square are also within walking distance in the other direction, where you can find most international chains of restaurants and cafes.

     Larnaca airport is only about a 7-minute drive away, and within a few minutes walk from the apartment, you will find restaurants, bars, ice-cream shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, and much more.
