Private and peaceful

Great apartment in a complex that is exactly what we wanted. Very quiet and the large balcony gives you all the privacy we value. Apartment has everything you might need for a self-catering holiday with sky tv if you want to watch movie's or sports. Would probably say a car hire is a good idea but you can walk to the beach in 10/15 minutes. Never used the pool or gym on site so cannot say anything about them. Great location if you're visiting other places in Cyprus motorway is 5 minutes away ideal for getting about

Peaceful comfortable stay

We hired a car for our trip, travel to the accommodation was very easy from Larnaca airport. On arrival the apartment was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. I would recommend having a car to get around, it's only 10 minutes to beaches, shops and restaurants. There is an allocated parking spot which is under cover. Didn't use the pool or other facilities on site but it all looked in good order. Helen was very easy to communicate with, one minor issue was resolved very quickly. All in all we had a pleasant stay.

One of the best apartments I have ever stayed for my holidays!

This is really great apartment to stay when visiting Cyprus. It is big, clean and cozy. There is everything you need to feel like home. There are also great amenities including large and small, kiddy open pool, gym, and another pool inside. The view from the big terrace is just amazing especially at sunset. Location of the apartment is also perfect. Manager is very helpful and responsive. Thank a lot for great vacation!

Lovely apartment - great holiday.

Easy to find and a short drive from the airport. Apartment is spacious and welcoming. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. The terrace area is massive with a great outlook. Parking was easy too...in an allocated space immediately adjacent to the apartment.

Superb apartment in every way.

This is the second time I have stayed at this wonderful 2 bed apartment in Pyla, near Larnaca. The apartment itself is very spacious with a fabulous outdoor patio area, two great sized bedrooms and all the English TV channels you could ever want, including Sky Channels. It's VERY close to not only brilliant amenities in Pyla itself but also Junction 60 of the motorwayfor both directions giving easy access for Larnaca and Agia Napa and Protaras. The complex is quiet but not off the beaten track, a nice pool and very secure. Personally, I head up the motorway armed with all my scuba gear and dive the statues at Green Bay in Protaras, sometimes shaking hands with George the Gnome who lives on the seabed nearby. A brilliant apartment all round, sleeping up to 6 with literally everything you could ever need. Well priced, too. Mark Keen

Perfekt!

Wir waren mit unserer 1-Jährigen Tochter für 3 Wochen in Pyla und Alles war super! Sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Falls wir erneut nach Zypern kommen, dann sicher in dieses Apartment.

The apartment was really clean and exactly how it is advertised

I have to admit the team at the property were exceptionally helpful and accommodating, although I never met Helen face to face, she was also very kind and always checking in to ensure we are having a great experience. Thank you team and when we are in Cyprus again we will surely get in touch and stay again :)

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans l’appartement d’Helen. Il est très bien situé et proche de toutes les commodités. Logement appréciable grâce à sa superficie et la résidence est calme. Helen a été adorable. Elle nous a fait parvenir plusieurs documents precisant les bons restaurants, les lieux à visiter, la localisation des commerces etc..., De plus, elle est toujours à notre écoute. We stayed a week at Helen's apartment. It is spacious, very clean and had everything we needed .... a home from home. The pool is great for all the family. A quiet area which at night is a blessing sitting out on the balcony enjoying food and wine. It is a secure site. Helen was a great help. A rental car is advised we will be back thank you Helen and to George as well

Lovely stay

Helen was so easy to communicate with, very relaxed and even let us check out later which made a huge difference! We also extended our stay, which was completely fuss free. The apartment is as per the pictures, spacious and relaxing with great views. You need a car, but the location has easy access to the main roads. It's 5 min drive from the beach which has beautiful clear waters. A lovely relaxing stay.

Very very helpful host. We were provided with cot and baby chair. So much space and everything you need. Recommend hiring a car to get out and about as Cyprus is beautiful! Thank you for a wonderful stay

Spacious, spotless, bright. Ease of access.Larnaca airport 30 minutes away.

Great views. Apartment well maintained. Good location, gives you easy access to North side of the island, Larnaca city and the eastern side of the island. Lots of good restaurants, pubs nearby. George always on hand to assist or advise you if the occasion should arise.

Superrrrr holiday!

We stayed for almost 2 weeks in the apartment of Helen. it is a very nice apartment. The best location in the apartment complex Everything you need is there. Very big and a lot of privacy. Every day in the morning a good swim in the pool of the complex. Also very near to beaches and shops. From this location it is easy to explore the island Cyprus. This is to be recommended. Spacious and very clean. Home from home and very comfortable. The terrace was amazing

Clean well maintained. located well to get to lots of places we went to troodos , Limassol and crossed over border few times. George is a great help if you need anything. Loved watching sunset from balcony and chilling by pool.

A fantastic apartment, well looked after, in a superb complex.

I spent a week here with my teenage daughter and her friend. The complex was pleasant and secure, well maintained. The owner and on site manager were also very pleasant and easy to deal with. The pool was enhanced by a relaxed atmosphere and the water was clean and warm. The main plus of the apartment was the very spacious balcony area, perfect for eating, chilling out or star gazing! We will definitely be returning.

My favorite accommodation that I have found in Cyprus

This was my fourth year staying at Helen's apartment as it is the best that I have found in Cyprus. This year I had two friends join me on this visit and they were blown away by the size and facilities available, the biggest asset is the large roof terrace patio off the lounge area with dining table for six, 4 sun loungers and BBQ, brilliant for the sun down drinks. The complex consists of 8 apartment blocks but remains secluded and quite (no noise disturbance) and although fairly close to beach and bars a car is recommended. There is a bus that travels every hour to and from the apartments into the center of Larnaca with various stops along the way which costs 1.50 euros each way. All self catering facilities are available, cooker, microwave, fridge, pots, plates, cutlery etc.. all of a high standard but with cheap dining available the choice is yours to explore. Satellite TV and WIFI available and Helen's manager George is away's available if required. Weather in April was a nice 26 degrees C so no doubt I will be back again next year. Lovely views

From the word "go "Helen was in communication and extremely helpful. Apartment was easy to find with the instructions supplied. George was in contact too, thank you. Weather was excellent the full two weeks. You definitely need a car. Unfortunately for us, there was nowhere to walk of an evening. Pyla doesn't have a lot to do in the village . We only went the night we arrived for something to eat, very limited. Would recommend Oroklini, lovely village. Plenty of supermarkets, bakeries etc and lovely to walk around. Larnaca is a 20minute drive. We love the seafront there but you definitely need that car! Not impressed with the beaches locally. Very stoney and not that clean.Nicosia takes around 45mins. Busy city and trip over into the Turkish area wasn't worth the trip. We loved sitting on the spacious terrace for breakfast and in the evening at sunset. During the day, if we were in ,it was just so peaceful. Unfortunately it seems the University has purchased a lot of apartments on the complex for students and staff and we were disturbed a lot at night with noise ,and early morning. Particularly the apartment below. This was disappointing as because of the description , we thought we would have the restful holiday we needed. It improved slightly after we complained. The only person we spoke to, a lady who lived there, said it was lovely when the University was on holiday and the students left. We didn't use the pool area as there were always students around and we didn't think the area was that clean. We found beer cans around one morning. The apartment although nice, spacious etc ,wasn't what we would describe as luxurious. English tv is basic .The patio furniture is very comfortable , which was great as we stayed out there a lot. Must be lovely in summer when the nights stay light longer.

Fantastic trip

From start to finish the whole trip was fantastic. The booking proces, the support from Helen the property owner, the quality of the property and the local support from George were all amazing. The apartment was spotless and had everything you needed a tune home from home. The site and pool was was also very clean and although remote was perfect fora quiet holiday. That said all the main resorts and towns are only a short distance away. We had a fantastic holiday made all the better by staying at this property. I wound definitely recommend this property and would hope to return sometime soon.

wir waren zu 4 und ein Kind. Reisezeit Ende Mai. Apartment war richtig super, alles sauber und eine große Terrasse. Es hat uns sehr, sehr gefallen. Apartment ist in einem Dorf und ca. 2 km von erstem Strand entfernt. Strand natürlich nicht besonders schön aber wer diese Wohnung nimmt, braucht sowieso ein Auto, ohne Auto geht da fast nichts. Ich empfehle andere Strände aufzusuchen, wie z.B. Nissi Beach. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 5 km entfernt, es war auch ganz gut. Nun zu Helena, ich war sehr positiv beeindruckt wie Helena alles organsiert und wie schnell sie auf unsere Mails geantwortet hat. Helena, sehr großes Lob. Vorort ist Ansprechpartner „George“ , er ist auch einfach super, hilft bei jedem Problem und unterstütz sehr gerne, ebenfalls ein großes Lob. Ob ich wieder hinfahren will? auf jeden Fall, sobald ich Zeit habe :)
