私たちのすばらしい、広々とした1ベッドルームのガーデンアパートメントは美しく装飾されています。 フロントとリアの両方にパティオが施された美しい庭園。 上質なガーデン家具で、外での食事やワインを飲みながらリラックスできます。 完全に変化するシャワー設備を備えた南向きの共同スイミングプールはアパートメントからわずか25mです。 ProtarasからAgia Napaまでのサイクルパスは、アパートのそばを走り、Protaras方面へは3〜4分で最初のタベルナに簡単に行くことができます。 私たちは、これが非常に快適な安全で、夜間の散歩がうまいことを発見しました。 さらに12〜15分歩けば、数多くのバーやレストランが立ち並ぶプロタラスの喧騒に連れて行きます。 ProtarasとAgia Napaへの地元バスサービスはアパートメントから約30秒歩いて停車します。 総合的には、すばらしいロケーションにあり、最寄りのビーチまで徒歩わずか5分の素晴らしいアパートメントです。

Lovely apartment every utensils you will need but no bbq as advertised. But Simon and Sara plus wife the people who clean the apartments could,nt do enough for us lent us one as the owner would not buy one A true scotch man tight should not advertise that it as got 1 he needs to update is listing thought he might of got us 1 as he double booked the apartment some how ! As we booked last September and no else was either side so we had to stay in another for a day . So didn’t get into the apartment till 2 o’clock next day effectual losing 2 days of our hard earned holiday thanks Brian your a star but other than that nice apartment if you get your full days!stay as we all no you can’t relax until you have fully unpack but other that nice comfortable home from home

Great place!
Nice, clean and spacious apartment, and perfectly well equipped (especially the kitchen)! There was indeed noise coming from the road (there are some sort of air vents above the windows and they were letting the noise in) but it didn't bother us. Internet was good. Checking in and out was unbelievably easy, thanks Brian!

Nice clean apartment but was disappointed that no one came in to clean or change bed lined during our two week stay. Think the overview on this Apt. needs to be updated as there was no barbecue as stated and nowhere to hang bedding had we washed it ourselves. There was also a lot of road noise especially in the bedroom and not a lot of privacy. When back door was open all you could see were the hire bikes and quad bikes from the shop next door. Plenty of fumes from theses when bikes were being revved up. Therefore nice Apt. but unfortunately not a good out look. My main objection was no clean change of bed linen.

Stayed at this apartment from 21/12/17 until 13/01/18 The apartment is in a lovely position and only a 10 minute walk to the main strip although there was not much open this time of the year except a few pubs + a few shops The apartment was very clean and tidy with everything that you would need to enjoy your stay, We would certainly recommend this apartment and would stay there again.

Superb !!
Fabulous apartment, a real home from home. The owners have really thought about what guests may require & therefore the apartment is very well equipped throughout including a great selection of books & DVD’s. Fast WiFi connection. Spotlessly clean. Great to have the washing machine with a speedy 15 minute cycle – first time ever we’ve retuned home with a case full of clean laundry. We could find absolutely no fault with this apartment, ideally located, with a short walk to the beach & bus stops. Approx 15min stroll into the main Protaras Strip. There is a 24 hr supermarket (seasonal) less than a minute away for any essential items. Lidl a short bus ride if you do not have use of a car. The Americanos Restaurant (Blue & White Building) along the road to Protaras is well worth a visit, great food, service & value for money with a carafe of wine only €6 !!! Airport transfers were arranged direct with Brian & he was spot on with meeting point & prompt. We were made to feel very welcome & a real personal touch to our holiday. We made use of the car , but given the location then not essential. Should we return to Cyprus then this will be our first choice of accommodation. Highly recommended – especially suitable for anyone looking for an extended stay out of season. Helen & Adrian

Appartement à la décoration charmante.
Séjour du 1er au 4 juin 2017 Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. La description et les photos de la location sont précises et conformes à la réalité. Juste, attention aux termes de l'annonce où il est noté : - Sur Abritel HomeAway :"Appartement (vue sur mer") ; ce n'est pas le cas. C'est souvent sur le titre de l'annonce que les futurs vacanciers commencent leur recherche. L'appartement est gai, clair, coquet, confortable, fonctionnel, propre et bien équipé. La décoration nous a beaucoup plu et nous délivrons une mention "très bien". - Les points positifs Le trajet fourni par Brian pour accéder à sa location : bravo pour tant de détails et les photo-repères à l'appui. L'accueil, la gentillesse, la disponibilité de Brian et sa souplesse en termes d'horaires d'accueil et de départ. Les équipements vidéo, TV, livre et Wifi que nous n'avons pas utilisés mais qui sont à la disposition des locataires Le parking privatif Les deux terrasses Le petite piscine La déco recherchée et harmonieuse Le "fond" de cuisine - Suggestions Mettre des rideaux occultants dans la chambre à coucher - Les points négatifs Le bruit : l'appartement donne directement sur la route pour Ayia Napia ; cela nous a un peu gênés. En résumé, nous garderons un souvenir très agréable de notre séjour. Merci beaucoup à Brian pour son écoute et sa bienveillance.

Very good for a low price.
Brian´s house is just great. Located between Ayia Napa and Fig Tree Bay. A couple of minutes walk to small and lovely beach. Close to supermarkets, restaurants. Kitchen equipped with all you need for cooking. Bed quite comfortable. We really enjoyed the week we stayed here. Everything worked just fine.

The apartment was exactly as described and true to the photos.
Our stay was for 4 weeks during February and March and everything was there to make us feel at home. The outside space was lovely for soaking up the winter sunshine. There is a beach within walking distance and a short drive takes you to many other lovely beaches.

Very clean nice apartment, had everything we needed
Really enjoyed the stay it was a working stay for us so didn't spend a lot of time in however we had everything we needed, the dvd's came in really handy for the evenings as we were there in December everything is shut down! Wifi good, would definitely recommend the apartment. Thanks Brian & Alison
