Given its location off the M74 motorway, the area proves popular with tourists and business people as places like Stirling, Edinburgh, Perth and Dundee are easily accessible via Scotland’s superb motorway network. For days out without the car, the mainline rail station provide direct services to Glasgow and beyond.
