「Amazingly beautiful hotel and spa! Front desk reception were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast selections were anything from cereal, yogurt to freshly made omelettes. Breakfast staff were also very friendly and accommodating. The marble throughout the building was gorgeous and opulent. We did not make use of the spa area at all, but it looked first rate. 「スペインに近いポルトガルの世界遺産”国境防衛都市とその要塞群”エルヴァスに宿泊することになり、このホテルに泊まりました。エストレモスよりはるかに美しい旧市街は複雑な星型の城壁（世界最大級）で囲まれており、ホテルはその城壁外（南側）にあり、イベリア半島最長のアモレイラ水道橋は目の前。城壁までは北へ徒歩5分、バスターミナル・大きなスーパー・サンタルチア要塞までは東へ徒歩10～15分。ホテル内はとても静か。朝食は普通。7：30オープンですが、バスに乗車する都合、7：10頃に行っても食べさせてくれた。 問題は、チェックインした部屋は、何とアウトしていない客の荷物や衣類があり、掃除係とフロントとの連携がお粗末。朝食の時間も告げてくれない。」

「We arrived at 7pm and the code would not unlock the door. We called the number provided and left a message. We also emailed for assistance but we didn’t get a response. We waited and called 3 times. We then left to find another place to stay. The lady called after 20 minutes but we had left by that time to find some where else to stay. She then sent very rude text messages to us - we do not recommend this place. 」
