"Very clean, bright interior, (drywall, no old panelling) laminate floor(no old smelly carpet) very comfortable, no noisy heater fan like most places , as far as motel rooms go , I would say, 4 and a half out of five. Bathroom was small and could use new shower enclosure, but overall very satisfied"

"Very nice room, although strange to have a wall dividing the two beds! And the outlet for working at the desk was blocked by the desk, so I had to move the desk to plug in my laptop. And I would have liked the TV to be able to pivot, as it was to see if if I was anywhere but on the bed."

"Prospectors is an excellant choice for travellers that want an economical, no-frills, clean hotel. The communication and service for questions/help was excellant. Very adequate no charge parking. Very close to ammenities like groceries, gas and "road house" food choices. We travelled as a group of 4 senior adults and the two bedroom, ground floor unit met our needs. If you want a fancy hotel room, Prospectors is probably not for you, but if you want a clean room with comfortable beds, Prospectors will serve your needs well."
