Arriving half an hour earlier than the standard check-in time on Expedia, we couldn't get access to the room, weren't given a day pass so had to purchase lunch and drinks even though we'd paid all inclusive and there were several other people having this same argument in reception while we were trying to check in. For a hotel which has a lot of rooms, one dining room and bar aren't enough. Would not recommend an all inclusive hotel and wouldn't stay again.

The resort is clean, and the whole area is very nice. The price is reasonable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The view and the pool are great. The only downside is the food. It is delicious, but it can get a bit boring because they serve mostly the same dishes every day. Overall, it’s a clean and pleasant place with helpful staff, a nice pool, and a great view.

Chambre belle et propre. Le personnel est très sympathique et toujours présent pour nous aider. La piscine est magnifique. Nous avons demandé une chambre avec vue sur la mer et nous avons reçu une chambre bien positionnée où on avait vue sur mer et vue sur la piscine. Tout était parfait. Buffet délicieux .

Die Anlage ist okay. Das Personal macht den Aufenthalt aber zu einer reinen Katastrophe. Bereits bei der Ankunft sehr unfreundlich und überheblich und lassen den Gast lange warten. Weder Getränke noch Essen werden angeboten und das bei gebuchtem all inclusive. Es wurde lediglich auf das Abend Buffet um 20 Uhr hingewiesen und das bei Ankunft um 15 Uhr. Drumherum weit und breit keine Möglichkeit eine Mahlzeit zu sich zu nehmen. Keine Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals gegenüber den Gästen. Man wird alleine gelassen und keiner kümmert sich um einen. Für all inclusive daher quasi umsonst gezahlt. Das Personal insgesamt vermiest einen den Aufenthalt dort. Daher absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

At first glance from the outside the hotel doesn't seem special but when ypu get inside and get familiar, it gets pretty amazing. The building itself needs a little painted but inside is literally cleaned everyday just as the pool area aswell is cleaned every day. Room was really spacious, nice balcony with sea view and massive shower space. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food runs basically 3 times a day, its really tasty and a decent variety of food. The all inclusive selection of drinks is good with a lot of good payable options. Theres stairs that go to the beach, the beach is beautiful and sandy and no tourists so lots of space. I can't talk about the shows as we weren't in season but the animation team did a soccer game and some karaoke in the off season and it was very fun. There isn't any transport options from the hotel so going from the hotel to nearby city, I would recommend getting a taxi like this :+212 642-287640. And if heading to bigger nearby cities like tangier, I would recommend either the taxi or the CMT buses that take off from the Larache bus station.

Pour être factuel, je commencerai par les points positifs de mon séjour. La vue depuis la piscine en hauteur, avec la mer en panorama, est vraiment magnifique. C’est sans aucun doute l’un des gros points forts de l’établissement. Je tiens également à souligner la qualité du personnel de la piscine, notamment Haitam et Achraf, qui ont été très serviables, disponibles et toujours agréables. L’équipe d’animation mérite également d’être félicitée. Simo, Salah et les autres membres de l’équipe, dont je ne me souviens malheureusement pas des prénoms, ont fait preuve d’un grand professionnalisme malgré les moyens qui semblent être mis à leur disposition. Je regrette toutefois que les animations commencent seulement à 21h30 et se terminent à 23h00. La plage horaire me paraît assez limitée pour un établissement de vacances. En revanche, plusieurs points négatifs ont malheureusement fortement terni mon séjour et auraient pu gâcher complètement mes vacances. Tout d’abord, le check-in est annoncé à 15h00. J’avais réservé deux chambres : j’ai pu récupérer la première vers 15h30, mais la seconde seulement vers 17h30. De plus, les deux chambres étaient très éloignées l’une de l’autre, avec environ sept chambres d’écart, ce qui n’est vraiment pas pratique lorsque l’on voyage en famille. Autre problème particulièrement gênant : l’une des deux chambres n’avait pas de climatisation pendant trois jours. En pleine période de vacances et avec les températures élevées, cette situation était

The food was good, the staff were helpful and nice . I liked the animation team, they’re very engaged with the guests, I liked the activities for the kids. However, the restaurant was very crowded, and the food runs out very quickly! One restaurant, was not enough for the amount of guests, which created long lines, and long wait to get some food ! I will recommend at least 2 stations for the more requested foods such as pizzas, chicken nuggets, fries , and mssemen, and omelets for breakfast time. Regarding the room, the AC did not seem to be working well, we had to request new bathroom towels the next day, because when housekeeping fixes the room, next day, they just picked up the dirty towels, and did not replace with new ones. Overall the atmosphere was good and we had fun.

I am writing the worst review I have ever written due to the unacceptable conditions and poor service we experienced throughout our stay. Upon arrival, our room had not been serviced and was dirty, creating an extremely disappointing first impression. There was no internet access in our room, and the room telephone was not working, forcing us to walk across the hotel every time we needed assistance, only to receive little or no response from the unprofessional reception staff. The hotel was operating at full capacity, as confirmed by the manager, resulting in overcrowded dining areas where it was difficult to find seating, and food items frequently ran out before they could be replenished. In addition, we had to repeatedly request clean towels several times a day without success, and despite reporting a clogged bathroom drain, the problem was never fixed during our stay. These issues significantly affected our comfort and enjoyment of the vacation and fell well below the standard of accommodation and service that was advertised and paid for. Given the extent of these failures and the hotel's inability to resolve them despite repeated complaints, I believe 0/10 is what this hotel deserves.
