I did not proceed with the trip after learning that Kawayan is not operational due to destructions brought about by Typhoon Odette. I spoke personally with the Operator.
And what surprised me was that Hotel.com didnt even know about it.
I am demanding a refund of all charges related to this trip that have been effected so fa.

Ripped me off and took my money...reserved a room for 5 days and upon arrival they never had me registered or water for showers. They still took my money from my reservation and are not refunding me back.
