I had a good experience upon checking in. The lady who worked friday afternoon at the front desk was super accommodating, friendly, and courteous. There were problems with roaches and other small critters in our room. One of the supervisors had a problem with a visitor being at our room. Instead of making me aware, she abruptly told me i couldn't extend my stay the following morning. I had to go back and forth with her about extending the reservation since this should've been brought to my attention, in order for me to ask the visitor to leave. I extended one more night, and called the front desk this morning letting them know I'd be extending my reservation again. Everything was fine until i had gone down at 11:45 AM to pay, the employee noticed a note in the computer about the visitor who had been gone since the morning prior. I was told we had to check out. After the bugs began getting worse, and bad attitudes from the staff, i packed my things and left. Before i made it out the door, one of the hispanic blonde women who work there and harass customers incessantly, came knocking on my door saying i should have been gone. I had cosmetics, clothes, food and bags to pack. It takes more than 15 minutes. If their staff had their employees all on the same page, and communicate to their customers, i would have been ready to leave. Since i was told i could extend my stay until i came downstairs at 1145, i didnt begin packing until 11:50. What a group of unreasonable vile people.
