Very noisy, a bar next to the hotel plays loud music until 2 am. Staff have no English skills, and seem uncomfortable with foreigners. They asked for a refundable deposit which was never returned. Not a good value for the money.

The staffs attitude are bad and knowledge of Qs about Langkawi is very poor.... the word they give is "tak tahu" or "not sure"... not helpful. Most of the time on their handphone. Their breakfast is the worst ... cold soup noodles ... switches off and on only when we ask to have it hot. The lady staff sitting at the counter in the breakfast area need help .... why and what is was employed for. Not a good place to recommend.

便利な立地、快適な部屋、朝食はイマイチでした。

近くにランカスカパレードがあり地下1階にスーパーがあったので便利でした。 部屋はベッドも広くて清潔で良かったですが、朝食の種類が少なく、麺で済ませました。

Not staying here again

The hotel is ok in general. The staff might need to smile a little bit more. We asked for a hairdryer in the evening, the response was that we must go down and use it at their place! Next morning, asked a different person at the front desk, she just gave it me without hesitation. The surrounding shops run some shady businesses, not to mention construction workers roam around as well. It's not a safe area. You will always get those looks when you walk around with your partner. It's our last stay at this hotel.

Good hotel easy access to shopping zine

We really enjoyed our honeymoon at lankawi,nagoya hotel gave us peaceful and pleasant experinec,staffs and the surrounding place were neat and clean,even staffs arranged city roaming packages which were very useful to us

ビーチは近いです。食事はホテル周辺に屋台からレストランまであるので不自由しません。

L'hôtel est très loin du centre touristique attention!!!!!! Il faut à chaque fois prendre le taxi pour environ 20min!!!! De plus pas de plage à moins de 20min aussi!!!! Vois l'aurez compris vous êtes loin e tous. Pour vois restaurer les bons restos ne sont pas la non plus. Un conseil prenez un autre hôtel!!!!

Free wifi service always disconnected automatically, staff would need to restart the router and internet is up , but after 15 mins , it's down again The food quality of the free breakfast is totally unacceptable

Vi fick vänta på rummet långt efter att incheckningstiden passerat, ac'n är placerad precis utanför en rökruta (alla rum på våning 1) så man får in rök i rummet. Vi påtalade detta och bad dem göra en enkel skylt där det står "no smoking" och det tog dem 2 dagar att få upp ett enkelt handskrivet A4 trots att vi påminde dem säkert 7 ggr. Frukosten var den värsta vi varit med om, inget europeiskt matställe i närheten, det var dåligt isolerade väggar så är man ljudkänslig är detta hotell ingen bra idé, mögel i badrummen. Vi fick byta rum en gång då det var en vattenläcka ovanför ena sängen och båda rummen såg exakt likadana ut. Det ENDA som var bra med detta hotell var att det var mjuka sängar.

ホテル近くにショッピングモールがある。

今回３泊しました。ホテルの回りには食堂が数軒あります。 冷蔵庫なし眺望もあまりよくないのでただ泊まるだけなら 問題はありません。観光にはホテルでバイクを借り(35RM/日) 島内を巡りました。朝の空港行きタクシーは近くのランカウィ PARADAモールにタクシー乗り場があるので便利でした。 朝食はホテル前のレストランです。品数は少ないですが 朝食を食べることができるのは有り難かったです。

Nice hotel to start your trip at Langkawi

It's indeed very far from Cenang but it's a totally different environment. We stayed there for one night only, enjoyed the food from a restaurant called the luck luck (opposite the hotel) and shopping is cheap.

Family room with 2 king size bed. Overall is clean. Have big bathroom. Except location is far from pantai cenang and other tourist attractions.

Bekväma sängar, bra wi-fi, badrummet va bra. Inte så rent, smutsigt golv och vi hade ett par spindlar och en ödla som ovälkomnande inneboende. Inget kylskåp. Frukosten var helt ok, krångel när vi skulle hyra moped.

Ok hotel, BAD breakfast restaurant.

It was a nice hotel but it would have been hard to find without a taxi. The breakfast was a joke - not because of the hotel but because of all the Chinese people who was there and was cutting the lines and taking up EVERY space they could - we ended up not getting any breakfast even though we waited for 30 minutes... Really not a good morning for us!
