"The house was very spacious. It has 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms as advertised. The location was very convenient to the surrounding mini-marts, pharmacies, restaurants and other stores. Those ex-pats who crave for western (or non-Vietnamese) foods, there are options close by. These also include Mexican, Japanese, Italian, American, etc. A beach is walkable.The owner was easily accessible if there are any issues.
