Manager thankfully contacted the owner and provided us with the code for the key. But we did appreciate the welcome including the cookies, tea, coffee and milk. Thanks Location was nice, quiet and surrounded by nature. There is bus service to go to St Ives centre."

"Location of chalet was nice, unfortunately the chalet had mould up the walls in one bedroom and you could see it had been painted over in the other. The bathroom also had mould. There was dehumidifier in the kitchen but not adequate for the whole chalet. It was damp and smelt of it."
