「The room had roaches and the ceiling was leaking in the shower I would never stay there if I ever go back to Monroe I was there for my brother's funeral and I never been there since I was born everything else in Monroe was great besides the motel 6 and I wouldn't recommend no one to stay there.」

「It's a historical building.The facilities are certainly old but very clean.I don't see the hotel staff until I check in and enter my room.It is sufficient to communicate everything by e-mail.The response is quick.You can also feel the functionality in the oldness.If you knew in advance that there was free water or snacks, you didn't have to go to a store and buy water.」

「I made my reservations on June 16 for a June 26 arrival. On my arrival, I find that the elevator is not working and has been out for a month. I should have been told this upfront so I would have had the choice of choosing another hotel if no room was available on the first floor. I have mobility issues and stairs are a real issue for me. 「The room was the worst I have ever seen in my travels. There was mold everywhere. I was afraid to even turn on the ac because it was thick with mold. There were roaches everywhere. I wish I could attach pictures with this review so you could see exactly how bad this place is. Obviously Louisiana does not do any inspections of this place. 「My reservation was for 4 guests in a room with one king bed and a sofa bed. Upon arrival, the sofa bed was not prepared and did not have any sheets, blankets, or pillows available for use. This made the sleeping arrangements inadequate for the number of guests included in the reservation. Additionally, the elevator was out of service, creating a major inconvenience during our stay. 「This was the cleanest hotel we have stayed in in a while, looked newly renovated, clean room, smelled good. Walking distance to multiple restaurants. Safe area. Will be our new regular when visiting there for tournaments.」

「安いので仕方ないですが、部屋へは外廊下でモーテルって感じです。シャワーは固定式で浴びにくかったです。Wifiがないのであると便利だと思います。部屋も狭い方だと思います。ソファーベッド付きとあったのにありませんでした。朝食は豪華ではありませんが美味しかったです。周りにはホテル数軒しかなく、大きな道を渡って少し歩いてガソリンスタンドのコンビニへ行きました。ランドリーもないのはとても不便でした。フロントのスタッフは感じ良かったです。」
