Our room was great, plenty of room and well maintained, and a lovely view. Filtered drinking water on all floors was ideal. The buffet breakfast was very good. "First impression not good. We arrived at the hotel, 2 porters were standing there, one helped to unload luggage from our Grab, and left them on the ground, not even took them to the lift for us. No courtesy, no words, no strong gesture to make us feel that they wanted to give us a welcoming signal."
