「Other than the hornets nests on the back deck the property was gorgeous! Wish I could have rented for more than one night! My son (almost 2) took this opportunity to figure out the stairs! Climbed straight from the bottom to the top! The home was so huge, and all the amenities and appliances felt like luxury! Way better than staying in a hotel! If only they had a pool I kept thinking! We are EKy Natives, and this Ky Stay-cation was very needed! Will be making this a summer spot that’s for sure!」

「The farm retreat with the 17 acre pond was a perfect getaway for quality family time and a peaceful getaway. The house is spacious, very functional and the views from the rooms and decks are superb. The pond was great for fishing with the grandkids and refreshing to swim in. The location is close to groceries, hiking and restaurants but our preference was to spend most of the time on the property.」

「Nice house, but ant infestation on the kitchen counter, the backyard could use some lighting, the side of the house (with door) needs to be cleaned from the debris and spider webs. The stay was nice and location was great. Thank you」

「We enjoyed our stay in this clean 5 bedroom home. It was a hot week but the air conditioning and mini-splits did the job keeping us cool. The host was accommodating and quick to reply to our questions and needs. The location was perfect for us with a playground within walking distance and an easy drive to UK and fine dining in town.」
