Great stay in Lancaster

It was absolutely perfect. It had everything you need for a worry free stay. Super clean and charming. We will stay there exclusively from now on when ever we go to Buffalo. Shannon is the perfect hostess. Loved everything about this place.

The Ideal Home Away from Home

This was our 3rd stay at Neat and Nifty so we obviously like the space. N and N provides all the comforts of home at a very reasonable price.

Cozy and Comfortable

Shannon’s apartment is wonderful. Her attention to detail is amazing. Every amenity you would need is provided. It is very quiet and comfortable. Many of my siblings have stayed there as the location is convenient for family visits. I would highly recommend. Thank you Shannon for a great stay.

Was visiting to help my sister take care of my Dad after his recent heart attack. Full kitchen, nice & quiet, mainly just ate breakfast & came back in evening. have been living.

Cozy Getaway

They left the light on for us! This was a good base of operations for visiting Six Flags Darien Lake. Their recommendations of restaurants was great. Very convenient to shopping. Looking forward to visiting again.
