Nice hotel great location just off the motorway. Nice staff good restaurant room was good. Disappointing couldn’t get onto the WiFi.

surprise package

The spa is very nice and a surprise. from the outside you cannot tell the quality inside. it is small but excellent. the food in hotel was very good also and service first class

Worst stay at a hotel

Do not recommend this hotel. The service was terrible. The AC didn't work and they didn't do much to fix it. The wifi in the hotel also didn't work and their response was that sometimes and works and sometimes it doesn't. The staff had an I do not care mindset and weren't very helpful.

Je n’ai jamais vu de chambre aussi propres. Le personnel est aimable et a l’écoute. Le salon est vraiment très beau et permet de boire un verre dans un cadre très cosy. Le seul bémol si je devais en mettre un est le prix, légèrement élevé. Mais la qualité est la.

Personnel très bien, prestations peut mieux faire

le personnel à l'accueil s'est montré courtois. Cette caractéristique est à porter à l'ensemble du personnel rencontré durant le séjour. La chambre (2nd étage) était spacieuse et propre. La salle de bain bien que fonctionnelle était petite. A noter l'absence de sèche serviettes ce qui peut se montrer embarrassant si l'on vient en couple. La WiFi était inopérante depuis ma chambre rendant impossible mes accès aux mails professionnels (je ne l'ai capté qu'au RDC?). Seules n'étaient visibles que les chaines de la TNT rendant inutile son emploi pour les nombreux clients étrangers présents lors de mon passage (au moins un chaine anglaise svp). La présence d'une bouloire avec quelques dosettes de café et thé serait appréciable vue le standing affiché. Le petit déjeuner continental est perfectible.

Une très bonne table, mais la tarte Tatin laissait un peu à désirer... La chambre au rez-de-chaussée était très bien, en face du parking. Lamotte Beuvron est un village sans intérêt, mais l'hôtel est bien. Dommage, le jardin n'est pas bien entrenu, le parking, non plus. J'ai du ramasser des papiers qui étaient là de longue date.. Le Personnel est très aimable. Merci.

Parfait ! Je reviendrai sans aucun doute !

Malgré une arrivée tardive en fin de journée, l'équipe s'est pliée en quatre pour me trouver une place pour un soin au spa ainsi qu'une place au restaurant pour le dîner alors que j'avais oublié de réserver et que le restaurant affichait complet. Équipe professionnelle, accueil impeccable, une carte riche en saveur et délicate, la tarte Tatin à ne surtout pas louper, une chambre spacieuse et calme. Séjour parfait ! Je reviendrai sans hésiter !
