"The check-in and room key access is completely online which is fine if everything works well.
The property itself is very clean and well set up.
I had trouble unlocking the door which turned out to be my own fault, but it was stressful being stuck in the corridor with no way that I was aware of to get help. An email I sent at the time was answered a few hours later. I ended up waiting in the lobby for someone else to enter the building and they helped me.

"The place wasn't even a hotel room but a small studio apartment that was rented out and not yet done with renovations. The door of our room had a letter "A" written in pen, taped on it, not even a proper room number. There were wires hanging out of a wall , some random furniture pieces, a queen bed, and a pullout couch that could only fit a child under 10. This space was presented as fitting 3 adults and 1 child. "We were unfortunate be there with road works under our windows and front door, and the building undergoing renovations at the same time. The redevelopments resulted in the aircon having to be turned off which was not fun in a hot Vienna.
Our host was most apologetic, offered a discount and had provided a pedestal fan which made a bit of a difference, especially at night.
That aside, the apartment was very clean and very convenient, in a quiet residential area opposite St Elisabeth Church. Easy...
