「Very nice. Clean and practical」

「Our stay was outstanding in every way. When we had a few minor problems the host was extremely responsive and addressed our needs immediately. Highly recommended and a fantastic location to the older part of Altamura.」

「Bella esperienza.」

「Good location and nice environment」

「Brilliant hotel has everything needed, unfortunately they was doing works on bottom floor but can only imagine how beautiful it will look when done. Reception staff could be a little more friendly as I did ask a question one morning about getting to a town and had eyes rolled at me. But overall clean and nice hotel definitely want to return.」

「Excellent, brand new, colourful and characterful. Wish we could have stayed longer…… 」

Equipe gentil. 」

「Clean. Well located. Basic service that served its purpose well」

「The property was a beautiful. Cypress tree driveway, excellent pool, very nicely finished clean rooms & bathroom. The chef was on the whole very good. Located within 10km of Matera but in a quiet rural setting. The staff. Anna who served breakfast & checkout was excellent. The rest of the staff are either poorly managed and demoralised or should not be in a hospitality role. Checkin person was rude and didn’t make you feel welcome. Couldn’t really be bothered. The waiters I think must work on...

「The location is perfect, the room comfortable,, the room was nice and clean but for three days we only had 2 toilet paper for 4 people, not enough…」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Gravina for a couple of days. We were here for a wedding and staying here was really convenient for us to be close to all the activities. Only issue was that there was no WiFi. 」

「Beautiful Hotel where the staff really shone! Nothing was too much bother for them and they're a real credit to the Hotel. Great facilities and a lovely room, the food in the evening was superb. Thanks for the warm welcome.」
