「The hotel is falsely advertised, the view outside was of a wall, the bed was stiff, limited hot water, there was no mini bar as advertised, the curtains didn’t little to block out the light, little toilet paper, the aircon droned on humming the whole time, the walls are thin so you can hear other peoples conversations, showers, phones ringing and people walking up and down stairs. The garden part of the hotel was only for three cottages, the rest concrete. Very expensive compared to other places...

We were meant to stay for two nights and checked out after the first night. The breakfast is substandard. 「This is NOT in Munnar town centre. The map is WRONG. It is actually 12km (35 mins) south of Munnar. Place is peaceful. It is 20 minutes walk from the nearest place to eat. It was freezing cold at night... as in wearing 5 layers of clothing cold. The smallest cabin would be v tight for 2 people. The walk up to the cabin from the carpark is crazy steep. Might be challenging for people with mobility issues」
