"I will admit I was a little worried once I realize it was a basement apartment that there may be alot of noise above us. Thanksfully, that wasn't a concern. We didn't spend a ton of time there, but appreciated the spacious bathroom & how open the floor plan was in general. We were super pleased and would stay there again!!"

"This is a clean, spacious & quiet basement apartment w/big windows & view. It was reasonably priced, in a great location & perfect for our needs. There were nice touches, like water bottles in the fridge & microwave popcorn & snacks on the kitchen counter left for us. We loved having a large sectional to relax on. The kitchen was well stocked & had a table that could seat up to 6 people (although, for some reason there were only 5 chairs). Our stay was for a funeral but we spent one evening sitting around the table building puzzles, another watching movies on the big couch & an evening making a favorite family dessert. We also appreciated the heated floors (it was winter & we came from California & Hawaii, so we were not used to the cold). I thought the king sized bed was a bit too firm, but later found an adjustable comfort remote for the bed in the night stand drawer. Wish I had known about this at the beginning of our stay! I tend to sleep hot & was so happy to find a floor fan tucked away in the closet. My daughter & son-in-law said the queen size bed was comfortable. My other daughter said the pull out hide-a-bed in the couch sagged in the middle & hurt her back. Nevertheless, the sectional was large enough that two people could easily sleep on top of each section of the couch comfortably & she slept very well this way. There is space for 2 cars to park. Be aware, there is a long set of stairs down to the apartment & this place does not have a washer/dryer or dishwasher."

"Everything was fantastic. The house was very clean and decorated so cute!! Our whole family loved it. The setting in the mountains and the sound of the creek running is so relaxing and beautiful."
