レイクビューエステーツ ホテル

「The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense. Unhappy」

「The proximity to everything in downtown Branson was great」

「Very happy with our stay. Very satisfied with our room and its bathroom layout. Not much variety in the breakfast menu.」

「Only two stars on the amenities because the pool was closed and that was one of the main reasons we picked this hotel.」

「The property itself is average/fine but during our 3 day/2 night stay in late September there were 2 separate power outages, including 1 that lasted several hours on a Friday evening. During that time the hotel staff seemed indifferent to the needs of guests and there were no emergency lights or a generator. At check out we requested a 1 night refund due to the health/safety concerns of the power outage (including that we couldn't use a medical device that required power, the A/C didn't work...

「They didn’t have a microwave to warm up breakfast when needed, but I mentioned it and they said they were adding one.」

「Everyone that we came in contact was so very nice and helpful. Shoutout to Javon (sp?) and Don at the desk! What characters! 😂」

「Liked everything there at the Hilton always stay there just love the Hotel and the location on The Landing 😊」

「Property is nice and staff was helpful and kind. I did not like being pressured to watch a 90 min. Presentation on what amounts to timeshare property in exchange for free tickets to a show. Other than that, everything went well. They could use some updates to the villas as they are showing signs of age, especially the bathrooms and kitchen appliances. Plan on eating all meals off site (no free breakfast). They have a little cafe which is nothing more than 4 tables in an arcade. You order...

「The staff was friendly and helpful. Clean facilities inside and out. Right up the hill from the outlets and plenty of things to do and see on the strip! Nancy was the sweetest and kindest lady who is the breakfast attendant. And everything was great! And the cookies for dessert at night were soft and fresh!!」

「Liked it all」

「Only one elevator on one end or you have to take the stairs. Just found it hard to carry everything up to the room and getting back out to our vehicle. Elevator was always packed since it’s the only one.」

「My beds were awful. My only complaint about this hotel. One bed was hard so I went to thr other bed, which was old. I climbed in and sank in the middle....so went back to the first bed. These are not quality beds. Other than that,.it was a very nice property.」
