STR-002647 A single-family residence that is Located on the shore of spectacular Rainbow Lake in the town of Pinetop-Lakeside, just 45 minutes from Sunrise Ski Park, wonderful White Mountain fishing, this secluded and private townhouse is within 20 feet of the lake's edge. It has 1750 square feet of living space and features three bedrooms, and two and half bathrooms. Newly remodeled kitchen, granite counter-tops and new appliances 10/1/2017. Tv’s in all three bedrooms. There is an upper deck and a lower covered porch overlooking the lake, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the quiet calm of this beautiful lake. You'll see many species of water fowl, osprey, muskrats, and bald eagles.

Rainbow lake is an 110 acre lake that offers outstanding fishing for rainbow trout, bass, northern pike and catfish. Trout fishing is the best early spring through the summer and the lake is stocked numerous times by Arizona Game and Fish during the summer. Rooms are all set at unique angles that offer the best view of the lake. This home is fully furnished and equipped for a wonderful and relaxing vacation. Due to our CCR'S rules. No more than 3 unrelated people may stay at our home. A total of no more than 6 guests.

Fishing with Friends

Loved being able to walk out the back door, down the sidewalk to a fish dock. Beautiful lake, quite area, good times. Paul is a very pleasant individual to communicate with. This was my second time staying here and I hope it won't be the last!

Great Place

Walked into pretty awesome decor. For all of us anyway. Very special pictures of the owners family on the wall. The man can fish. The pictures were great. The place is very nice. The view of the lake is magnificent. Definitely booking again.

Amazing

Paul’s home was amazing. We were surprised how much room there was and the views were spectacular. Unfortunately the weather was much colder than we expected, but Paul made sure the heating system was working well and we were comfortable during our entire stay. Paul communicated well and promptly at all times. Beautiful home. We highly recommend.

The site and lake were beautiful. The cabin on the other hand was meh. There was dog hair everywhere. It is one thing to have pets, it is another to not sufficiently clean up after them. My wife got a case of hives the first day and it didn't clear up until we left. The TVs are so old they barely work. The batteries were almost dead.Basically, as a VRBO guest, I didn't feel like much of a priority.

Outstanding place to stay!

The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. The downstairs porch overlooked the lake, and we spent most of our free time out there watching the various birds, ducks, pelicans, and geese. There was a balcony upstairs as well. We loved the QUIET!!

Lake view getaway

Bedrooms and living room have beautiful views of the lake. Nice outdoor space on patios in living room and bedrooms. Beautiful and cozy fireplace in the living room. The home is very conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. Our stay was pleasant and relaxing.

Nice spacious townhouse/cabin right on the lake in a gated community. The cabin was cozy and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. My girlfriend loved it, it was quiet and relaxing, and exactly what she wanted for her birthday

Paul the owner was so nice! The neighborhood is gorgeous! The patio with view of the lake so peaceful, humming birds visited the feeder! People were catching catfish nearby! Bed is master was soft and comfy!

Ideal getaway

The place was lovely, spacious, and immaculate. The kitchen was stocked with every single appliance you could need. We enjoyed our breakfast on the downstairs patio, with the view of the lake surrounded by ducks and hummingbirds. An Unforgettable Vacation

We just got back a few days ago from our Pinetop-Lakeside vacation. It was our first time using Vrbo, and we’re happy to report that our stay in Paul’s and Gayle’s townhome by the lake was incredible. The location of the home is perfect; two of the bedrooms and the deck face Rainbow lake so each morning we woke up to a breathtaking view. It was just my husband and our two dogs, but there was clearly more than enough space for a bigger family. It was spacious, clean, cozy, and a perfect getaway from the desert heat. The kitchen was fully supplied with dishes, glasses, and the necessary utensils to prepare a family meal, as well as miscellaneous necessities like plastic wrap, etc. Paul and Gayle are a VERY pet-friendly hosts. Our dogs are old and one is terminally ill, so we were very grateful that they welcomed both of them and even shared a large kennel during our stay. Our dogs are part of our family, and they seemed very comfortable. This is one of the main reasons why we chose this home. We highly recommend going on walks by the lake and sitting on the deck with a nice cup of tea/coffee and just enjoy a peaceful moment watching the ducks and other wildlife. And if you like fishing, this is the place for it. This was a very meaningful wedding anniversary gift to ourselves with the aim of spending precious time with our canine “babies”. It was perfect.
