Terrible

Finding the place was terrible. No markings wasnt safe neighborhood. Got in late no trespassing signs on the property. Had to stay somewhere else because we could not find the place. The next day we went back to find it. No heat no blankets door wont shshut dead bugs and house was dirty.

Not entirely as listed

This listing states there is a microwave, dishwasher, and dryer. There was no microwave dishwasher, dish drainer,kitchen or bathroom hand towels, or washcloths. There was a washer and dryer, in a different building on the property, but the dryer had been broken for what seemed like a while before we arrived. We requested clean towels, and the toilet paper and shampoo/ body wash to be refilled, yet the promised cleaning crew never showed up. We were also promised reimbursement of our laundromat expenses, yet I'm still waiting. dryer.

AVOID this place

Walked in, place was not clean, looked like someone had recently slept on beds in both bedrooms as they were unmade. There was animal hair and brown stains on the sheets, dirty damp towel hanging from the top bunk bed. Kitchen floor had dirt and cat food all over it. The whole place smelled like mildew and body fluids, not to mention the visibly high guy on the porch at the main house! We have asked for a full refund from the host Veronica as this place was misrepresented to us and there was no way we were spending even one night in this or the sister property. She initially agreed on the refund but now will not respond to our msg, nor are we yet to see the refund. Spend the extra money and go ANYWHERE else!

This is a budget accommodation. 1/3 roll of paper towels. Low grade toilet paper. No hand towel or wash cloths. Flat sheet folded in quarters atop fitted sheet then covered with blanket. No microwave. Service for two. Separate dining is 12” from sitting area (a small loveseat). The door had to have the deadbolt engaged to remain closed. When we arrived we tried to enter at front of property - to find out that was someone’s home. He directed us to the side entrance. That would have been good to know.

Avoid like the plague

We arrived on a Friday night about 7pm. We soon discovered that the lock on the only door was not functional. We then discovered that there was no water service rendering the sinks shower and toilets inoperable and rendering the house uninhabitable. We texted the host and were told ‘don’t worry about it’ and that they would make a ‘minor repair if necessary’in the morning. The bathroom was also filled with flying insects and the shower covered in hair. The host is unfortunately not local to the unit so they were of no help. Parking consisted of being told to park in the side yard. This meant having to drive between a drainage ditch and a tree to find soft and muddy grass. There was also a hole in the yard covered by a piece of plywood and some weights. There were hoses coming from underneath so I assume this is where the water issue comes from. Suffice to say we vacated the premises first thing in the morning and requested a refund. This is not a place you want to stay.
