The location is perfect, two minutes walk to the beautiful streets of Fira.
The rooms are nice, breakfast quality and service are super.
Some of the staff is lacking customer service skills, got into ridiculous arguments with us.
Pool towels policy changed while we were there. They did not allow to bring snacks and drinks to the pool area, and insisted that we were informed, which we were not.
The jacuzzi water was cold.
The manager of the place is very kind and does his best to assist.

Wonderful Stay with Great Location and Amazing Staff!
I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, with stunning views that made every moment special. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable.
What truly stood out was the incredibly kind and helpful staff who went out of their way to make sure we had a great holiday. A special thanks to Nick for the warm welcome — it really set the tone for a wonderful stay. He also helped us with car rental, restaurant reservations, and booking activities, which made everything so easy and stress-free.
