We stayed at this hotel 33 years ago for our wedding night and it was called the rendezvous. The staff were absolutely fantastic. It was a central location with parking available. We were absolutely spoilt and we can't wait to go back.

The hotel is a traditional hotel in great restored condition. We found the room lovely. Very clean, good choice of complementary tea and coffee and well stocked minibar although we enjoyed a drink in the lovely small English style private bar. Breakfast was from a full menu and our choice was very generous.

Good bars and restaurants a short car or cab ride away next to the lake. We liked the Lake House and Pub and Grub

Huge, beautiful lake. Lake front activities are fun. Water very clean. We did not fish but it is supposed to be great.
