「We weren't told that you had to put a sign outside the door to let them know if you wanted clean towels.....we just assumed that a hotel did that every day. We also didn't know you had to request if you wanted trash cans emptied. We have never experienced that at a hotel before. We stayed 3 nights and had to go to the front desk to get clean towels.」

「Room was spacious. Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Was a little disappointed on the free breakfast. Location was great right on the strip.」

「Clean rooms, good breakfast options. Very helpful staff」

「Room was clean and well stocked with toe」

「TVs are small. Reception on tv kept messing up. Toilet kept running and faucet on bathtub was extremely hard to turn off. I’m elderly and have arthritis and wasn’t able to get it turned off. Husband had to do it Overall will probably return to it on next visit」

「This was our second time staying here, we loved it so much. Clean rooms, great staff and I mean everyone from front desk to housekeeping. The included breakfast is great and bonus we found the first time, cookies cobbler and ice cream served in the evening. This hotel is also located close to a lot of the big attractions. We will be using this hotel again.」

「The location was great for walking downtown but it is on a steep hill so bring your walking shoes. The breakfast and pool were ok, but they have kept up with the property well and it was nice to have a free trolley stop there. The bed was not the most comfortable but everything was clean.」
