Fabulous place & customer experience
This stunning vacation home cabin offers the epitome of opulence and extravagance, and is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
I was with a group of friends skiing in Lake Tahoe and half of the party had never been to Lake Tahoe before, so this was their first time experiencing the area. Needless to say, it will be extremely hard for any of us to ever experience better than this home. The open-concept living area is spacious and inviting, with soaring ceilings and a cozy fireplace, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of adventure.
The bedrooms are equally impressive, with plush beds and linens that will ensure a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms are spacious and immaculate, with all the amenities you could possibly need. The hot tub was pre heated when we got there and the game room was incredible.
But I will say the highlight of the trip was the customer service we were afforded while staying at our place. A slight emergency happened to one of our cars while we were staying at the property and the staff here (Barb specifically) were EXTREMELY kind and thoughtful in helping us while we were here. Without question, she was ready to help however we could.
Not only is the home perfect, but you will certainly be taken care of in so many different ways. We will be back soon!
