「Only down side is that i didnt stay longer! A very cute little cottage with everything you need. Good heating, a very warm and comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom and a lovely little deck outside your room and access to a private outdoor bath. This is very close to Roxburgh and Ettrick traven is just up the road. I would love to come back and stay here again. There is no staff on site and i had to go to the cafe next door to ask about how to access my room. The ladies in the cafe said...

「really lovely place to stay . 5 minutes drive from Alexandra or Clyde , lots of biking options near by with the rail trail about 1 km away . fruit trees ,pool, spa pool all you need for a peaceful stay」
