"Driving up to the hotel parking lot was down right scary. Heavy Pot smell from shady looking people in several cars parked in the lot for a long time. The lot itself was very run down and broken glass everywhere. We were leery to even go in and check in to our room. Once we entered, the hotel was lovely and the staff was kind. We were able to park in the back lot because of our Park Sleep Fly rate. It was well lit and less scary. Our room was very clean and nice. No ice in the machine but not a deal breaker. Our shuttle driver was so very kind and sweet. I don’t know if we would stay there again because of that front lot. "

"Food was absolutely disgusting, had no seasoning . Have to pay to park across the street . Staff rude . Biggest problem is parking across the street at the indigo hotel and having to walk across the street. "

"Gosh I can’t say enough good things about this property …stayed one night for the Cardi B concert excellent staff even gave us a corner room cause it was available and slightly bigger …it had a walk in closet too!!! Excellent location sky way to target center was top tier since weather was kinda gross …clean room clean property great breakfast ….we parked across the street but parking in the hawthorn garage is super convenient also !!!! I’ll def stay again …keep being great Hampton inn and suites "
