Beautiful, spacious house with 3 bedrooms ( 2 queen and 2 tween beds) 2 bathrooms, laundry, full kitchen , garage , driveway . access to canal (full of fish),. Swimming pool attached to patio. Oak trees to provide shade. Dock on the property leading to lake.
Fruit trees . Lighting around pool and pool side furniture . Resort like appearance all for your pleasure, relaxation and entertainment. Hammock for sun tanning and star gazing alike. Town is charming and relaxing near by ( restaurants , food shopping, walking). Tropical nature (orange, tangerine, persimmon trees). 27 lakes- fall in love with as many as you wish. Sunsets to remember . Peaceful, private , tranquil, yet close to everything.

House one block from Lake Clay

We loved the house, one block from Lake Clay in the Lake spaced area. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Very close to town. We would love staying here in the future. Great time was had by all.

Awesome Neighborhood with friendly neighbors

We stayed 2 weeks and left completely relaxed. Not a tourist spot just very quiet and peaceful. Only the one TV but enough stuff in the area and extremely friendly neighbors they give us fresh eggs, Coconuts, even a lighter (for the grill) the house is on a dead end street with very minimal traffic or noise and a canal in back with a lot of fish 2 thumbs up

Clean and comfortable

The listing was a little misleading, but it got the job done. There weren’t a lot of extras, only 1 tv, etc. but the kids had fun and there was more than enough room for family fun.

Home was very spacious and we enjoyed every minute there. Home away from home. Would have loved to enjoy the pool but the weather was too cold.

Vacation

We had a very relaxing vacation. Close to town to get groceries but on a dead end street so no traffic. We walked to the boat landing so our dogs could swim. Nice big fenced yard for the dogs to run around. Can't wait to return.

Lake Placid

Our family stayed for a week. The location was very convenient to all parts of Lake Placid and the 27 to Sebring. The lay out of the house very nice. The master bedroom and bath room were on the opposite side of the house. The pool was very refreshing our grandson enjoyed swimming everyday. The check in and out was very easy and the owner was very attentive to any questions we had.

The pool was nice. The air conditioner needs to be looked at. We had it on 69 and inside was 79. No outside lighting. Stove, microwave and oven lights were out. Numerous indoor lights were burned out also. Need bedside tables on both sides of beds. A end table between sofa and chair in TV room would have been nice. No instructions for leaving and l9cking front door from outside.

Semi nice

The cleanliness off the property wasn’t the best. There was major water damage in the master bedroom at one window and it smelled horribly, there were roaches, the grass was horrible upon arrival, & the pool was nasty upon arrival. Never had an issue with getting ahold of the property manager and things getting taken care of. The property manager did get pest control out as quick as possible (which was close to the end of our stay). I didn’t want to cook in the house due to the roach issue.

Home away from Home

The house had clean bedding and bathrooms. The pictures of the dock are misleading. There are the ☕ and soaps like a hotel. They take out the weekly trash and the pool gets cleaned weekly..it felt very homely.
