Check Out this Lakefront property. The Monarch Cove Condo Complex loop is one of the Lakes most Prestigious and Sought After Complexes due to its Cleanliness, Lake View, Amenities and Location, Location, Location! This Monarch Cove condo (Nearly 1,600 SF) has the best view of the Lake and is conveniently located at the 2 MM. This property features a huge Kitchen and Open Floor Plan and boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, natural lighting, Free WIFI and 9 ft. ceilings. The View from the Master Suite is Priceless!

Walk out and enjoy time on the large screened in porch furnished with a Grill and Wrought Iron furniture with Seating for 8.

The Spacious Open Floor Plan has a Breakfast Bar with 4 Bar Stools as well as a large bar top dining room table that seats 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with Pots, Pans, Dishes, Cookware, Utensils, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Full Size Stove, Microwave and Range. The Living Room boasts a Couch that you simply Sink Into with an Electronic Recline option. It is an easy way to Relax after a day on the lake, golf course, shopping or spa. The living room has a Large 60 Inch Mounted Smart TV with Charter Spectrum Cable Included. The Laundry room has a brand new Full Washer / Dryer with iron and ironing board available.

You are conveniently located to the nearby Bagnell Dam with easy access to Grocery Stores, a Variety of Great Restaurants, Shopping, Golf and the wonderful Nightlife the lake has to offer.

The complex is pristinely maintained with beautiful landscaping along the 1/2 mile lakefront promenade allowing for that perfect evening stroll to the pools, hot tubs or community BBQ Center.

Perfect accommodations.

Three senior sisters (in our 60’s and 70’s) spent four days in this lovely condo. It was beautiful, clean, spacious, and had everything we could possibly need including including cooking utensils, luxury bath towels and and even lotions, soaps and specialty teas. The screened in balcony with a wonderful lake view was such a bonus as we don’t like bugs. The ceiling fans provide a comfort both inside and on the balcony. The four wheeled wagon available was a wonderful benefit for getting our bags and baggage up to the unit which was immediately around the corner from the elevator! Although it was one flight of steps, the proximity to the pool was a short, easy walk. We loved this vacation at the lake and will definitely plan to visit again. Thank you Christa

Amazing place/host

My friends and I were exceptionally pleased with this condo during our first trip to the Ozarks. The condo was spotlessly clean, boasted an INCREDIBLE view, and provided more amenities than any other place I've stayed at. The host was very friendly, responsive, and professional. I strongly recommend this condo and the host. It has a nice pool and a hot tub as well. You will not be disappointed. {another plus, it’s a great location and only a 10min drive to the grocery stores, winery and several fun bars}. We definitely plan on returning .

Fabulous condo and location

My wife, myself, and our 5 kids (ages 4-11) stayed here aug.1-6th and it was WONDERFUL! The condo smelled brand new, everything was clean, and it was about 30 steps away from the pool! The pool is at the end of the hallway and it was well maintained and well. The condo had everything you could possibly need PLUS beautiful views of the sunset and lake. The screened in porch kept all bugs away. The jacuzzi bathtub was great after a long day of swimming with the kids. I would recommend this condo to anyone and everyone. We have no complaints! And hope to rebook next year! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The property was in excellent condition and easily accessible. The location was perfect for the plans my family and friends had for the weekend. I did find a few small issues with the condo itself. But management promptly addressed them and apologized for the inconvenience. But due to the properties amenities, the inconvenience was minimal. Family getaway

We stayed at this condo with our two teenage kids and we absolutely loved it! The condo was well appointed and had everything we could need. We especially liked having a third bathroom. The complex is in a great location near the strip and restaurants. We can’t wait to book another stay this summer and use the pools and hot tubs. I highly recommend this for your stay at the lake!
