We took a road trip through France and found this wonderful place. So on the way back we made sure to stay here again. Needless to say, I highly recommend staying here.

Our stay for one night was great. The hotel is very cozy, clean, calm and they already pre-heated the Sauna so we could go there Right away after our arrival. Staff also very friendly. The landscape around invites for nice walks. The only thing that didn’t really convince us was the Food about what we had high expectations (good ratings & in the guide Michelin): not well seasoned/portion size/no surprising flavors/meat not tender. Hotel and service was excellent. Stayed for two nights and had a noisy party in the room in the late evening next to us the first night. When we reported the incident to the hotel, they took care of it and was very apologetic and responsive in following up with us.Overall, a very nice stay

What a spectacular, comfortable, beautiful place to stay. Particularly nice touch: beach towels for a swimming pool the lake.

The location was absolutely breathtaking right on the lake. Everything was within walking distance great food great drinks great shopping. It was truly amazing. The staff was super helpful and friendly parking right up front or in the garage below. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fabulous room after being given an upgrade to a junior suite. Great view of the lake and surrounding area. The receptionist was warm, polite and very helpful.

I stayed here for two nights when I attended a wedding in this beautiful little town. The hotel was perfect..clean, well-maintained, friendly staff, a nice restaurant, a great breakfast and in a central location in the old part of town. I loved it and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was convenient to explore many area around Lake Geneva. The room was beautiful as were all the common space in the hotel. The staff was outstanding. The breakfast option was too expensive so we grabbed breakfast offsite. My only issue with the room was the shower. We couldn’t figure out how to avoid getting water all over the floor.

This Hotel is wonderful in every way! The staff was very accommodating and surprised us with an upgrade to a suite which had a huge balcony, kitchen, 2 baths and a living room. Did I mention 2 TVs! The breakfast was very good with a lot of fresh fruit, which I appreciated, meats, cheeses, eggs, assortment of breads and pastries. First I must say this was not my first choice. I usually book the 'day of' when I arrive in a city, but this time, there was nothing reasonably priced so I found this place. I was at first a bit disappointed that I was not in the city center BUT it turns out it was a 4 stop bus ride which was about 6 minutes to get to the main train station.
