~The Amber-Ann Oasis~

This is a stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bath home located in the center of Lake Havasu, just minutes from the London Bridge, Lake Havasu State Park, Windsor Boat Launch and some of Arizona's most beautiful golf courses.

This updated and newly renovated home is perfect for families or groups of friends looking to build memories and enjoy Lake Havasu City, one of the coolest cities to visit.

There is RV and large boat/ trailer parking in the dirt lot to the left of the home, as well as a HUGE 4 car garage which can also store small boats. There is a large driveway as well for parking cars or boats. Street parking for cars is free and available as well aside from days they street sweep.

The backyard of the home features a modern fire pit area, tanning chairs, string lights, LED cornhole boards with designated turf strip for playing, and water misters along the patio roofing. The inside of the home features an open concept floor plan, tons of games for indoors and outdoors, a huge master bedroom, a large spa-like walk in shower, and flat screen TV's in almost every room.

We are also child friendly, wheelchair friendly, and pet friendly! We offer childrens toys/ games, a booster seat, pet feeding and water station outside, pet waste clean up bags, dog toys, and a paved path with no steps anywhere on the home for wheelchair accessibility.

There are views of the lake from the front yard and from the higher part of the back yard. The drive to windsor boat launch is only about 4 minutes and about 6 minutes to downtown and London Bridge.

Great location

The property was exactly as shown. Plenty of kitchen items, extra towels, blankets and room for all of us outside. So close to everything. Host was very responsive and easy to work with making our stay even better. I highly recommend this house!

Excellent stay!

Everything was wonderful from the minute we drove into the large garage. We turned the dogs out in the big fenced backyard and settled in. Shannon’s home is extra clean and very comfortable. Can’t find anything to complain about. :-) Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great home away from home!

Loved our stay at the lake house in Havasu. The home offered all the amenities we were looking for including a comfy couch, space for additional family members to stay, back yard space with a great firepit, and parking. Home was clean and Shannon, our host, was always quick to respond with any questions we had. We would definitely stay again!

Ideal Location ~ Dog Friendly ~ Quiet Rental

First and Foremost Shannon is an amazing host. The house was perfect for a great night sleeping and afternoon breaks. We were out and about most of the time, enjoying Lake Havasu. The reason I rated only 4 stars for cleaning is we found outdoor fireplace not firing up. Shannon was going to send a handyman to repair, but that would have been an inconvenience being late Saturday afternoon for her and us. We highly recommended this vacation rental. We appreciate Shannon’s care.

Christmas Lights Vacation

The house was perfect for our short stay to see the Lake Havasu Christmas Lights. It was very clean and the location was convenient to everything we needed. A plus was the ability to use the massive garage. Communication with the owner and check-in and out were really easy. We had zero issues with this rental.

Wonderful Stay!

Beautiful and very clean home! Host has put a lot of time into making the home comfortable--even the bunk beds were extremely comfortable! Drawers, lights, fans are labeled, making the stay very convenient :-)

Wonderful getaway home

This home was truly exceptional. Shannon thought of everything one would need down to the last detail. The house was very clean and well stocked. Communications with Shannon were answered in a timely manner. The bed was comfortable and the bath towels were large and thick. I would stay here again for sure.

Havsua Family Trip

Stayed at the Beautiful Lake House with my family 4 adults 2 grandkid. The house felt like home when we walked in. Neighborhood was very quite. My grandkids had a great time playing in fenced in backyard . Really like the size of the kitchen and the bedrooms. The kids were very happy that they had a TV of their own to watch their shows. Parent getaway

Havasu trip

My wife and I were very impressed with the property. Check in and out was very simple and the place was very clean! The best part was being able to use the big garage and store my boat in it over night. This place also has very comfortable beds and is nice and quiet. We will rent this property again in the future.

Great House!

This house is spacious, well situated close to the lake and downtown shopping/dining, was well equipped for travelers, and had a nice fenced yard with privacy. The echo dot was a great convenience, and the yard games were great! Would chose this one again!

Wonderful stay!

Very beautiful home! It’s been nicely updated and had everything we needed. The giant couch was perfect for an afternoon nap. The fenced backyard was just right for our two little pooches and having the large garage with garage opener to use was absolutely perfect. Not only was it great to park the car inside but was extremely handy getting the dogs in and out of the car. The location and neighborhood were very nice as well. Thank you for sharing your cozy and comfortable home with us.
