「Location of the hotel was good and is close to the entrance of Silmione. Staffs were all kind and helpful. There is the restaurant in the hotel and we decided to go for the guest dinner menu one night as the price and the menu looked reasonable. But, what the restaurant served was definitely far from the delicious Italian dishes but was just boring and not tasty. One of the dish was cold while it must be warm, which was very disappointed. 「This property is spotless, the staff are friendly and the food just gorgeous. The place is well thought out. A small car park, followed by the hot tub and pool, with sunbeds. There is also a sun terrace upstairs that is really nice but noone really used it apart from a couple of people. We never used the spa but you can book in to have a massage. The location is less than 5 mins to the lake and the town centre is about 10-15 min walk. Station is a good 25-30 mins walk but the tickets are easy...

Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange. Das Hotel war sauber und die Angestellten sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück hätte bisschen vielfältiger sein können aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Alles in einem kann ich das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen. 」
