「部屋には床暖房がありましたが作動しておらず、ホテルの方に調べてもらいましたが「これでオンになったはず」と言われたのに夕食後帰ってきたらやはりオフのまま。スキー場が近いので5月でもかなり冷えます。フロントの女の子は「毛布まだ持ってくるから」と言いますが寝てる時だけの問題じゃないでしょ… 「他の部屋はついてるんですか？部屋変えてもらえませんか？」と言っても「満室です」と。部屋の前に車を停めるモーテル形式で、車3台ほどして停まってないのに、どうしてそういう見え透いたウソつくかなー。何よりも、申し訳ないという気持ちがまったく感じられなかったことに腹が立ちました。オーストラリアの接客もだいぶ良くなったなーと思っていたけど、田舎はまだそういうとこ変わってないなと。全然だめ。」

「Very clean, great space - we had the king room, bed very comfortable, extra blankets and iron/board, good toiletries, great spotless shower, warm room. Tea bags and coffee was instant sachets.
