The communication with the host (or at least the sweet girl who worked for the host) was amazing. We had a lock out issue and she came to the site to get my husband inside ASAP and was kind enough to give us late check out to make up for that. We truly appreciated that as we were staying here while on a work trip. The home itself could have been cleaner, was missing a knob on the oven, a part on the kitchen sink faucet kept falling off, shower tub combo jack & jill bathroom did not drain well, and there was this home alarm system thing that kept beeping to the point of us having to unplug it as the sound was scaring our senior dog. There isn't much if any grass space for a dog to go potty. The home AC worked very well in all areas and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. I cooked while there and they had everything I needed - and more! I will say it was 12/10 on the kitchen preparedness factor. There were also comforts that I didn't use but noticed - multiple hair dryers available, tons of extra blankets, games for kids, a pack and play sort of crib thing upstairs. The downstairs laundry area had extra everything - we didn't need it but it was SO nice to know it was there. We met the neighbor next door during our stay and he was very pleasant. There is ample space for a family to use if they are considering this property. All considered - we would stay here again!
