Fiquei hospedada no Tri Hotel Executive Lajeado no período de 07/01 a 08/01 e gostaria de registrar uma reclamação. Destaco positivamente a estrutura do hotel, os quartos limpos e confortáveis, além de elogiar a equipe de atendimento, que foi educada e atenciosa durante os contatos realizados. No entanto, tive um transtorno que comprometeu minha experiência. No final da tarde do dia 07/01, ao tomar banho, percebi que a água estava morna para fria. Como o dia estava quente, não dei maior importância. Porém, ao sair do banheiro, notei um grande vazamento de água no piso. No dia seguinte, como eu precisava sair cedo para viajar, fui tomar banho por volta das 04h30 e a água estava ainda mais gelada. Entrei em contato com a recepção e, por volta das 05h00, fui informada de que a bomba estava com problema e que o reparo levaria cerca de 30 minutos. Entendo que imprevistos acontecem, porém considero que, se a bomba já apresentava instabilidade no dia anterior, o problema deveria ter sido analisado e resolvido preventivamente. Como eu precisava sair às 05h30, não tive alternativa a não ser tomar banho com água fria para conseguir viajar no horário. Fiquei bastante chateada com a situação, por se tratar de um item básico de conforto. Registro esta reclamação esperando que medidas sejam adotadas para evitar que outros hóspedes passem pelo mesmo transtorno.

Minha estadia no moov foi uma nota geral 3 de 5 Cama e limpeza do apartamento deixam muito a desejar. A cama dividiu no meio a noite e ficou muito desconfortável, o banheiro Estava sujo e o quarto tinha pelo menos uns 6 mosquitinhos de banheiro que indicam nao estae tao limpo. A tv desligou 3x seguidas e desisti de ligar. A localização é muito boa e o cafe da manhã excelente mas precisam cuidar mais da limpeza e ajustes da hospedagem tem um adesivo escrito “cama higienizada em 2021”……. Estamos em 2025!

Hotel padrão, bom café da manhã, facil acesso. Algumas opções para jantar na avenida em frente, ha restaurante no hotel também. Outra opção é o shopping próximo. Vedacao de som podia ser melhor, mas apos 23h o ruido diminui bastante, da pra dormir bem. Travesseiros pedindo troca, bem compactados.
