Excelente alojamiento, muy cómodas las habitaciones y modernas. Personal realmente amable que busca ayudar y agradar en todo. El buffet y restaurante muy buenos. El spa bien aunque quizá un poquito demasiada gente por turno en finde.

Desde la llegada no hemos podido estar más agusto, las chicas de recepción un encanto y todo el personal del hotel super amables todos, las instalaciones una pasada, ei spa muy bien cuidado y perfecto . Volveré y lo voy a recomendar seguro.

Ottimo soggiorno, tutto perfetto
Esperienza molto positiva in questo hotel che si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dal piccolo ma bel centro storico di Laguardia. Molto piacevole la piscina (seppure non molto grande), camera con tutti i comfort, gentilezza del personale. Colazione ottima. Parcheggio gratuito. Da consigliare sicuramente.

The Silken Hotel Laguardia is very well situated near the bottom of the hill below Laguardia. It is only a 10-12 minute walk up the hill (hint, use the elevator to save yourself some of the climb). The hotel rooms are comfortable and clean. Mine was on the third floor with a good view out over the surrounding countryside and its many, many vineyards. The pool area was nice and the buffet breakfast good. Laguardia itself is wonderful, with many wine cellars or caves (literally, dug down below the buildings and streets). The mechanical clock in the small town square with traditional dancers is also not to be missed. Finally, the expansive views from the tree-shaded promenade all around the north end of the village are also special.

Lamentamos que se hayan sentido defraudados esta vez, tan solo las habitaciones de la planta baja disponen de una pequeña terraza, pero en ningún momento se garantiza que la habitación reservada la tenga

Recomendable
La limpieza es buena y la atención del personal es amable, creo que sería muy bueno renovar el mobiliario de las habitaciones (Luce bastante Anticuado), otra cosa que me hubiera gustado es que la habitación contará con cafetera. El desayuno buffet está muy bien. La ubicación del hotel es bastante buena para visitar el pueblo de Laguardia ( que está espectacular) y las bodegas de la zona. En general una buena experiencia.

La verdad es que no nos disgustó nada, la habitación super limpia, camas cómodas, buena insonorización, el desayuno muy bueno y el spa perfecto. Todo el personal muy amable y el hotel está en un entorno privilegiado junto a Laguardia . Muy recomendable. Muchas gracias

Una pena.
El lavabo con manchas del cliente anterior. Los pasillos llenos de toallas, cables y carritos. Imposible tomar un café por la mañana. Si quieres uno debes pagar el buffet completo.

La recomiendo como punto estratégico para pasar un par de noches y conocer las bodegas y viñedos , así como disfrutar de Laguardia. El hotel posee hidroterapia y vale la pena incluir el servicio en tu reserva. El menú del restaurante es de pocas opciones. Posee parqueo disponible.

Front desk was very helpful on arrival. Very good parking area. Beds were comfortable. Ground floor room had it's own secluded patio which was a nice bonus. Short walking distance to the old town. Would stay there again.

Lo esperad para la categoría del hotel
Encontré una oferta en Hoteles.com para una noche en habitación doble por 118€. No había mucho para elegir en la zona. Lo esperable de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Pero no disfrutamos de las instalaciones ya que solo fuimos a dormir y no contratamos el desayuno por precio.

Lo recordaba mejor
Hace años que no me alojaba en este hotel . Lo he encontrado envejecido, sin evolucionar; tan solo la barra de la cafetería mantiene el nivel gracias al buen hacer del encargado de barra, Miguel , un gran profesional El personal no tiene la simpatía, ni la cercanía que yo recordaba. Ni en recepción, ni en el buffet. Parece que están sobrepasados. La cocina tampoco tiene la calidad de antes. Las habitaciones del tercer piso, abuhardilladas, con unos ventanales de ojo de buey inaccesibles, sucios e incómodos , la hacen un tanto herméticas y difíciles de ventilar. El ascensor panorámico es muy lento y las esperas para subir o bajar se hacen largas. La cristalera merecía un repaso. Pero lo verdaderamente incómodo es el jardín de la piscina. Donde decenas de miles de moscas te impiden descansar, leer, o hacer cualquier otra cosa que estar continuamente quitándotelas de piernas, brazos y cara….El ruido de la carretera también disminuye el encanto ; y el aforo completo minora el espacio tanto de la pradera, como del vaso. Resultando pequeño todo cuando hay mucha gente.
