• This apartment is located on the 3rd floor without a lift

• Does not include parking, but there is a free car park 2 minutes walking distance

• A €200 refundable damage deposit is required before check-in – the amount will be held on your credit card (on arrival day or up to 24 hours before) and released up to 7 days after check-out.

This deposit is not processed by the platform but collected directly by us. This information will appear during the booking confirmation. Therefore, all bookings must pay the refundable deposit before or on the day of check-in.

Please be advised that renovation works are taking place in one of the apartments within the building until April 17th. While works only occur during business hours on weekdays, some occasional noise may be heard. We appreciate your understanding for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.
