This fully equipped duplex apartment offers stunning ocean views on "Meia-praia" beach from its private rooftop terrace.
It's perfectly situated within walking distance to both CityCenter (350m from Santa-Maria Church) and beach (400m from "Praia da Batata").
You'll enjoy the fantastic swimming pool and the relaxing atmosphere of the historical scenery and condo architecture (a rehabilitation of 19th century manor house) also integrating the original city walls.
Free street parking possible.
