## Space
Apartment Gloria is the perfect holiday destination for you and your family or friends. With two-bedrooms, two-bathrooms, a spacious fully equipped kitchen, two furnished balconies and access to the shared pool and playground, you have everything you need for a lovely and relaxed stay.
Both bedrooms are equipped with single beds that can be pushed together. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a washing machine and you will find a lounge set and sun loungers on one balcony and a built-in BBQ and small dining set on the other. So whether you want to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun or wind down in the shade after a hot summer day, you are covered!
The location is ideal for those who want to be close to all the major amenities of town but far enough out to not be disturbed by the lively nightlife that Lagos has to offer. Various large supermarkets, the Lagos Marina and Lagos old town can all be reach on foot in 5-10 minutes. Both Meia Praia beach and Praia da Batata (in front of the town center) are about 20-25 minutes by foot or just 5 minutes by car. In summer, you can also use the tourist train to go around town.

## Neighborhood
Our holiday home is located close to the town centre and Marina but away from the city noise in a quiet residential area. You will therefore be able to find the quiet and peacefulness next to the bustling city life. All within walking distance are three large supermarkets, the beach and the bus station at only 5 minutes and Train station 10 minutes away.
Lagos is the perfect holiday destination with a lively historical center full of shops, (super)markets, a marina, bars and restaurants. It is known for its breathtaking cliffs and we highly recommend a boat, kayak or SUP tour to see them from the water. The town has a picturesque historical center, great food and friendly people. As it is located on the coast you can enjoy several watersports activities such as surfing and sailing. There are many activities for all ages and preferences in this area.
## Transit
You can reach Lagos in about one hour by car from Faro Airport; car rental is available in the airport's parking lot. By train it will take 1h45 from Faro train station to Lagos.
Lagos has a train station (for travel towards Faro, Lisbon and Porto) and a bus station (for buses towards the west-side of the south coast) but do note that buses and trains only go a few times per day. There are Busses from Lagos to Faro Airport available. You can easily get around without a car and there are plenty of taxis and Ubers available, but if you really want to explore the area surrounding Lagos, a (rental) car will make your life a whole lot easier. Parking is for free and abundantly available in the streets surrounding the building.
