「Just back from our stay at this villa. Communication pre-holiday was excellent; villa was just as listed, very spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Opted to pay for pool heating and glad we did as meant kids could play in it for ages without getting chilly. Local beaches were lovely and we managed without a hire car; got an Uber when needed which was really easy and not too pricey either. Ate out a bit and cooked the rest of the time; kitchen was well equipped to do so. Didn’t have any...

「Perfect villa for us, close to town, opposite shop selling fresh bread/pastries, lovely pool and beds which got plenty of sun. Villa had everything you could need and location perfect- 5 mins to town and beach. Good size, comfy beds and air con if too hot/ cold. Owner v helpful and great value for money. 「We were there in September and it was very quiet. Condo is spacious and spotlessly clean. Nicely decorated and the kitchen was fully equipped with the latest gadgets. You can walk to the center of town but it is much longer walk uphill on the way home! A few restaurants and a small grocery store are just a few minutes walk away. 「We had a great time. Beautiful home great location only a ten/15 minute walk into town. Easy to get a cab or Uber. The host was easy to contact. We had a few issues with the air con and shower in the top level which was resolved within 48 hours. A little frustrating but it didn’t ruin our time away at all. I would definitely recommend this home. Beautiful place very comfortable very well equipped inside and around the pool area. I would definitely return. A great find.」

「Notre séjour de 20 jours à Casa Hibiscus en mars-avril 2024 nous a permis d’apprécier les commodités de la maison, la cuisine bien équipée, la jolie vaisselle et la verrerie de qualité. 「Great central location which allowed us to tour much of the Algarve. Close to all amenities and beaches. Would recommend a car for this location. Pool was well kept and fortunately we had great end of September and beginning of October weather. Extra activities included golf at Alto golf club and a nice boat tour out of Portimão. Auto dromo international race complex as well as lots of great hiking and cafes in many towns.」

「Absolutely beautiful! The accommodation was 5 star all around. Jane was a wonderful host. She gave us many suggestions. The area is just gorgeous. You really should visit. Highly recommended. There is a mini market across the street. Also a spa for nails, facials, massage run by Francisca whois a delight. Restaurants within a five minute or less walk.」

「Located in a quiet area of Carvoeiro the property and grounds, pool etc are kept in good condition. Apartment was well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine etc and AC. All staff were friendly and very helpful. A hire car is useful but Carvoeiro is walkable, but the the return walk is uphill and very steep in places. Cars can be hired through the hotel and the rate we got was better than going direct to the bigger companies. We would definitely return here if we go back to this area....

「This is an older resort that has been well cared for and updated. It is only a few steps from a beautiful beach. Be aware that you need to establish a line of credit with the front desk if you want to charge things to your room. 」
