Superbly located and new, 3- bedroom home in Lafayette! LOCATION is unbeatable- minutes away from many shops and restaurant. Ideal for a group of 6+ who want to enjoy the best Lafayette has to offer! This home is spacious and well-designed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. There are 3 bedrooms: A King Bed in the primary bedroom, a Queen in the second bedroom and a Full in the other secondary bedroom. Additionally, there is a comfy couch for another guest!

This property is great! It’s close to a lot of stores and restaurants, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Ashley was quick to respond to any and all questions we had, and the house was clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again.

Very cute house

The house was beautiful and clean. Perfect for our family to stay while we visited family in the area. It is so close to everything you could need in Lafayette, and a super quiet and safe neighborhood!

The house was very clean and in good condition. Location was off the beaten path, but still close enough to be convenient. Newish neighborhood and all properties nearby were well kept. Felt safe and was very quiet at night. Will visit again.

Lovely clean property

We loved the place. Close to our family in bureaux bridge and very clean. The outlets in the kitchen went out for some reason and without access to the board could not switch them back on but otherwise the property was lovely clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay near Lafayette!

We booked this property as our home was having new floors installed. The house is clean and very comfortable! The host was very helpful for all questions and responded immediately to all concerns. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and we definitely recommend this home for any short term or long term rentals in the Lafayette area.

Lafayette wedding visit

The home and neighborhood exceeded expectations. The house had all of the basic necessities and the welcome info sheet had all the necessary information. The only constructive feedback were the two queen beds were platform beds and really did not sleep two per bed comfortably. Other than the beds, I would recommend this vrbo.

Spent three nights in early May 2024 in this new house located in a quiet community of new homes. Pristine condition and perfect size for our party of four, in town for a funeral. Within a two mile radius of Lafayette’s main thoroughfares like Ambassador Caffery Pkwy, and Johnston street. We ventured out to nearby restaurants for local delicacies: Lagneaux king of seafood- for crawfish boil, and Don’s seafood- for Gumbo. Some in my party reported scarce toiletries ( Towels, washcloths, etc…) but no show-stoppers. The house was comfortable and a superior alternative to hotel rooms for our particular situation. The host, Ashley, was prompt in responding to inquiries. Easy check-in and check out. Will stay here again when in town for family events.
