「Neighborhood was not as expected. Proximity to The Globe and their delicious bbq was unbelievable. Steps from the cottage. However, walking to the stock show (only 1 mile) took us through a disadvantaged neighborhood with lots of unhoused people. No issues but there were some uncomfortable moments. Cottage is tiny as advertised but clean and adequate. Overall a positive experience. 」

「Diana’s property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The full kitchen was a real plus and well stocked with all manner of cooking utensils. The off street parking was another nice perk. We look forward to staying with Diana again the next time we’re in Denver.」

「This was a very comfortable, 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. When we first arrived, the owner allowed us to drop off things before check in. We had a clogged drain that they had fixed quickly and completely. The owners were delightful and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and had breakfast items available. Beds were comfortable and the property was very clean. 」
