We had such a nice stay at Christine’s place at Weirs Beach. It is such a welcoming home I loved the little touches like the history of the house and renovations in the welcome binder. Plenty of parking space, bathrooms were small, but well equipped, and the kitchen was great for cooking. The house had plenty of space for three families to spread out and get some breathing room. We had three kids with us and they enjoyed running around in all of the outside space. It was also an easy walk down to the boardwalk for evening arcade visits and afternoon boat rentals. We all enjoyed our stay!!

Another great stay!

This was our 3rd or 4th time here. Great location - 1 minute walk to the pier, Weirs beach, etc.. which the kids love. Plenty of space for everyone, big cozy kitchen and living room area. The perfect family getaway spot.

Perfect Vacation Home

The house is very spacious and inviting. It is much better than the photos can do justice. The location is perfect to just walk out the door and you are right on the boardwalk. There are arcades, food, boat rentals (or tours), ice cream, bars, and even live music practically within arms reach. The beach is a quick walk. You can see it from the upstairs bedroom window (we watched the 4th of July fireworks that are done on the beach from the bedroom with a great view). The yard is spacious enough for the kids (and adults) to play a wiffle ball game, or soccer, while also having a separate space to sit around a campfire and relax (and that is not even to mention the great deck with a grill). I highly recommend this vacation house! Thank you to the owners who were very responsive and accomodating!

Pond Hockey Classic Weekend!

This is a beautiful home with a large kitchen/dining room area to gather with friends. Plenty of beds, rooms and bathrooms. Fully stocked with whatever you may need. We had an amazing weekend! Thank you for sharing yoru home with us!

Awesome home near Weirs Beach

We stayed in Christine’s home for a bachelorette weekend and it was great. The house was clean and spacious, with a plethora of items for our use which was very convenient! This home is a very short walk to Weirs Beach and the pier, which was beneficial and allowed for us to not travel by car much this weekend. This is one of the best rentals I have been in and would stay again.

Beautiful Home!

Our stay was wonderful. Christine is the perfect hostess, responsive, accommodating and above all prepared! Anything you may need is available. She even gave excellent suggestion for the area on where to eat and what to do! Hit up zip lining at Gunstock nearby, the kids loved it!

Best place by the lake

The house was amazing! There were so many included details that helped make our stay incredible- the wagon, the fire pit, the foosball table! The first thing everyone said when they walked in was how great the house was and how impressed they were that I found it! The house was clean, Christine was responsive, and they had everything we could need in the perfect location.

Great house, great location

Charming older, very clean and well equipped home. You can always tell when an owner is thoughtful about the guest experience - this is definitely one of those owners! Literally right around the corner from all that Weirs Beach has to offer. My teens and their friends had a blast hanging out at the beach, arcades, pier, etc...

Would 100% return!! Amazing spot.

This was our friend group’s first time in the area and this property is the exact place you want to stay. Walking distance from everything you could want out of Weirs beach, spacious/cozy/clean house, and the host was accommodating and so incredibly kind! Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation home rental. Everything was perfect!

Perfect stay

House had everything we needed and the location was perfect. We loved sitting by the fire and listening to the bands on Weirs. The extra yard space and privacy was perfect for our family!

Great Place and Host!

Our group had a great time at this property! The house was clean, spacious, and had a nice open floor plan so everyone in our group could interact with one another. The host, Christine, did an excellent job of being communicative and helping us in the weeks leading up to our stay. I would highly recommend this space to anyone looking to vacation in the area!

Great location especially for summer

An older home that’s been remodeled which is charming for those of us that love older homes. If you are a light sleeper, just know that the steps and floor creak with every step. Everyone in our group remembers those days as kids and going to a grandmothers house with wood floors. We could tell everyone good night from our own rooms. Just like the Waltons (iykyk). Two of the bathrooms are a bit small. Again it’s part of the era of home. One suggestion I have is a small bedside table or stand in the rooms that don’t have those. Added bonus was the apple tree was ready and picked a few. The location is perfect to enjoy the Weirs Beach area in the summer. It’s definitely walking distance to the waterfront. Even in October there was a lot of activity that went on later in the evening. You can definitely hear all the fun going on on the Main Street. So again if you are a light sleeper, take ear plugs.

House in Laconia near Weirs beach

Cute, spacious, clean house near all of the action Weirs beach and boardwalk have to offer. Live music and great food within walking distance, including Mt Washington Brunch and Dinner cruises. Large yard and parking area were a bonus. We would definitely stay at this home when visiting the area in the future.

Wonderful family getaway.

We were visiting NH for my son’s wedding and had a perfect stay at this beautiful house. Plenty of room for our family and beautifully furnished. Lovely large yard and outdoor deck as well. Thanks Christine!

Wonderful Winni Week

My family enjoyed a wonderful relaxing week at the lake. The house was comfortable, very clean and charming. The kitchen was well stocked with just about everything we needed to cook and serve our meals. The live music from the neighboring bar was delightful on Saturday and Sunday but then the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful the remainder of the week. We loved the central location to the popular spots and much enjoyed morning walks on the Weirs beach boardwalk. we absolutely would return for a stay in the future!
