A spacious sandy perched beach has a few steps that lead to the water. Evenings can be spent roasting marshmallows around the fire pit that is right on the beach! The dock can accommodate two boats up to 18 feet in length. An attached fifty-foot deck and patio provide ample outdoor space to relax and gather family and friends. A gas grill and patio heater make dining al fresco easy.

This modern lake home has an open concept chef’s kitchen and living room. The kitchen has high end appliances including a gas range, three ovens, and a double wine fridge. There is enough room to prepare meals for the whole family. Granite counters and a breakfast bar add to the appeal. The living room has large wood burning fireplace and opens to the water-facing deck. There is a half bath off the kitchen, as well as a laundry room with washer and dryer. The master bedroom is off the living room on the main level and has two adjustable queen beds with fireplace and television help you unwind at the end of the day. The master bath is spacious and has a large tub for soaking (Jacuzzi jets are off limits).

The lower level has a large family room with a large screen television and another fireplace. There is also a wet bar equipped with a double wine fridge, dishwasher and sink.
A second and third bedroom are located downstairs, and each have their own ¾ bath with beautiful tile work. The new owners of this property have added a fourth bedroom on the lower level which is furnished with two full over full “bunk beds” (4 full beds in total. The upper bunks have a 250 pound weight limit and the lower bunks have a 400 pound weight limit). The lower level opens to the backyard for easy access to the lake. This home has air conditioning including new "mini-split" units in the lower level.
This home will be perfect for your vacation whether Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter – less than 10 miles to Gunstock Mountain Ski Resort, Bank of New Hampshire / Meadowbrook Music Pavilion, Tanger Outlet Shopping, and the shops, restaurants and attractions at Weirs Beach (mini-golf, go-karts, arcades and more!).

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

1. The maximum occupancy of 12, including children, is strictly enforced. Overcrowding will result in eviction from the property without refund.
2. This property requires a $500 refundable security deposit.
3. There is parking for (4) cars max. Cars must be parked in the driveway only. Any cars parked on the street will be in violation of the city ordinance and will be subject to ticketing and towing at the tenant’s expense.

Linens: Sheets, bath towel sets and arrival bedmaking service are all included with this rental. This DOES NOT include beach towels.
