"BEST “back to school stay-action ever!” Wanted to do a little something for the family and friends before school started and let me tell you, this was a HIT! The kids and adults had such a fun time! Check in was SEAMLESS and the house looked just like the pictures. Everything was super clean and stocked. The back yard was a hit for the kiddos (and us adults when they weren’t taking it over lol). "News of this property being “the worst” Hyatt Regency are greatly, GREATLY exaggeratedz. First off, it has one of the more impressive lobbies around and I don’t think the guest rooms are all that bad. Yes, there’s a light in our room that doesn’t work and some of the doors in the hallway are janky…but it feels clean and is presentable. The staff are nice and I was able to check in a full four hours early. The area around the place is hit or miss, I went for a few walks and there are people asking for money that stick close to the heavy traffic/touristy areas. As long as you go about your business, they won’t bother you but remember to be kind. "
